Focusing on Greece, this research examines the implementation of European Union and International Labour Organisation bans on workplace sexual harassment. It couples legal analysis with empirical fieldwork, drawing on a survey of affected workers and interviews with Greek institutions, including the Ombudsperson and the Labour Inspectorate.
